CONCERNING
DECIDED COMPANIES AS TRYING MEMBER OF MITRA UTAMA

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

That in trying Mitra Utama program, it is necessary to stipulate Decision of the Director General of Customs and excise concerning Decided Companies as Trying Member of Mitra Utama;

In view of:

1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs Affair (Statute Book Republic of Indonesia Year 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as already amended with Law No. 17/2006 concerning Amendment for Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs Affair (Statute Book of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2006 No. 93);
2. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 453/KMK.04/2002 concerning Customs Procedures in Import Field as already amended several times and the last with Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 112/KMK.04/2003;
3. Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-11/BC/2005 concerning Priority Line as already amended several times and the last with Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-06/BC/2006;
4. Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-21/BC/2007 concerning Implementation Directive for Customs Procedures in Import at Tanjung Priok Customs and Excise Main Service Office;
5. Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. P-24/BC/2007 concerning Mitra Utama.

DECREE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE CONCERNING DECIDED COMPANIES AS TRYING MEMBER OF MITRA UTAMA

FIRST:

In the framework for implementation of Mitra Utama program, it is necessary to decide many companies as trying member.

SECOND:

Decide companies are in Attachment of this Regulation of Director General of Customs and Excise as trying member of Mitra Utama.

THIRD:

If there is any mistake in this Decree of the Director General of Customs and Excise, it will be corrected.

FORTH:

This Decree of the Director General of Customs and Excise shall come into effect on September 01, 2007.
